Published the static site generator, added new "Code" page

I have published the static website generator I’ve created for this website (see this post, and added a new webpage to list my non-Emacs projects.

The website generator is available from GitHub. I’ve added the scaffolding for testing and publishing as a gem, and added GPLv3 licencing, but I will need to complete that together with fixing a few issues and add documentation before actually publishing on Rubygems. The name ‘scissors’ is in reference to Textile, the text markup language I use with this little library.

The new page is a listing of my public software projects, including the new Scissors. In addition to that today I’ve fixed some problems with the CSS of this website, ameliorating it’s mobile usage.
